We offer person-centred services which aim to support and empower individuals to get appropriate support and engage positively with their local communities. Thus helping to live a better, more fulfilling life. Joymac care is a specialist, provider of support for people with Mental Health needs, Learning Disabilities, Autism and Acquired Brain Injuries. We work in partnership with commissioners to deliver responsive, flexible, specialist support in registered residential and supported living settings across England and Wales. Our individual support plans aim to provide the people we support with more choice and control over their own lives.

Our Mission and Vision

Joymac Care provides a dedicated and skilled support service 24 /7 to individuals in a homely shared living environment. We believe in allowing people their own space to live the way they want, take part in activities that broadens their horizon and make them happy, above all living as independently as possible.

Our support provision is delivered through a committed and enthusiastic team who have a wealth of experience and the necessary skills to facilitate empowerment while treating individuals with respect and dignity.

At Joymac Care our work is informed by relevant legislation/regulations such as the Equality Act 2012, Mental capacity Act 2005, Human rights Act 1998 and the Mental Health Act 1983 to ensure that service user’s rights are protected and best interest decisions are made in partnership with the people we support and other stakeholders involved in their care taking into consideration their personal life choices, cultural and ethnic preferences.

Our staff team benefits from support for further development of their professional care skills and career development opportunities. We strive to safeguard both the people we support and staff from all elements of abuse and poor practice by providing appropriate training.
